1. Real Time
Press Dkey for about 2s to enter Time Setting , Press Dkey continue to select in turn of
"Year(2000~2020)" "Month" "Day" "Hour" "Minute" ;Birth of "Year(1920~2010)" "Month" "Day"
"Sex" (F: female,M:man), "Weight(50~600Pounds)";Press Ckey to adjust the flashing digital ; When
setting "Weight",press Akey to select unit of KG or POUND.
2. Daily Alarm Mode
Alarm setting: Press Dkey for about 2s to enter Alarm Setting ,and it auto ON( ) ; Press D
key again to select "Hour" or "Minute" setting ; Press Ckey to adjust the flashing digital .
Press Akey to be ON/OFF Hourly Chime( );Press Ckey to be ON/OFF Alarm( ).
It will auto stop 3m later when Alarm sounding .

Chronograph Mode
Press Ckey to Start/Stop counting ;
When stop ,press Akey to counting zero ;
Press Akey when counting , the time will stop on the LCD , but continue running internally .

Pulse Mode
Press Dkey for about 2s to test Pulse ,showing "TOUCH SENSOR";then put the finger on the
"finger print" area of SENSOR ,and hold until pulse read out is given .
If the method is error ,showing "RETRY" after alarming ;.

Exercise Mode
Press Ckey to Start counting and Start exercise ;.
Press Ckey to Stop counting when finishing exercising ;
Then press Dkey entering a blank mode with a heart icon ;
And then press Dkey for about 2s to test Pulse ,put the finger on the "finger print" area of SENSOR;
5s later ,showing average calories burned during workout based on age ,weight ,sex ,work out
time ,and a set of bars indicating what work out zone( ) exercised in (one bar being the lowest
zone and five bars being the highest zone ).
Press Akey to return to Exercise Mode ,and press Akey to zero .
You can press Bkey and leave the Exercise Mode to take your pulse of check the time .When you
return to the Exercise Mode ,the counter will have kept track of your total exercise time.

Basic requirements
To get reliable test results ,there are the following basic requirements:
You should be relaxed and calm.
The test can take place anywhere-home, office, health club -as long as the testing environment is
peaceful. No disturbing noises(e.g. television, radio or telephone),no other people talking to you.
Keep the testing place , time of day and environment the same every time the test is repeated.
Avoid eating a heavy meal or smoking 2-3 hours prior to testing.
Avoid heavy physical effort, alcoholic beverages or pharmacological stimulants on the test day and the
day before.
