–PoE++ version requires power supply of 52-57V DC to power the outdoor device
–Power consumption 55mA at 48V DC
–Voltage polarity - unrestricted
.4 POESUPPLY FOR PD DEVICES
With the switch No. 1 you can change the PoE mode on the RJ45 electrical port. By default, the
switch is set to OFF - Auto mode, so you can power external devices in the PoE ++ standard with
power up to 90W. Switching to ON position activates FORCE mode. In this mode, you can power
external devices without PoE standard up to 30W.
Switch no. 1 is not used in the device version without PoE.
ATTENTION!!! Setting the DIP-SWITCH No. 1 to the ON position (FORCE mode) in cases
where a device that does not support PoE is connected to the ERIS converter via UTP, may
damage the device port or in the worst case the whole device.
.5 FIRST START-UP
The ERIS-100 is ready to operate automatically when the power is connected. When the power
supply is properly connected, the power LED should flash.
.6 CONFORMITY TO STANDARDSAND RECOMMENDATIONS
