WARNING: FOR CORRECT OPERATION OF THIS APPLIANCE IT IS ESSENTIAL TO OBSERVE THE
MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS.
• Your BIBO is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

• bed and breakfast type environments.
• Your BIBO is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with your BIBO.
• WARNING: Your BIBO must be used on a 230-240V power supply with a reliable earth in the mains power supply
socket.

• This appliance contains a UV-C emitter. Unintended use of the appliance or damage to the housing may result in the
escape of dangerous UV radiation. UV radiation may, even in little doses, cause harm to the eyes and skin.
• If your BIBO is damaged, immediately unplug and do not use.

• Your BIBO can produce high temperature hot water. As with any kettle, pan or appliance capable of producing hot
water please use caution when dispensing hot water.

Using your BIBO
Initial connection to an electrical supply
operating correctly. Select your preferred language and then follow the instructions on the screen, adding hot and cold
keys.
Before using your BIBO for the first time
Important:
the hot and cold outlets when the keys are touched, before you switch on the hot water tank.
(see page 4 of this guide for its location). A prompt will appear to check the hot tank is full of water.The hot tank will then
approximately 5 minutes to get up to maximum temperature.The cold tank takes approximately 15 minutes to get to
minimum temperature.
Performance tip:
fast this may reduce the number of consecutive cups of very hot water available in one go.

Menu options and personal settings
To enter the menu touch on the panel, then follow the on-screen prompts.
The menu allows you to control temperature settings, water quantity settings, time and date settings, energy saving mode,
restore your BIBO’s factory settings.
Touch to choose the setting that requires changing, then touch to select the setting you wish to change.
Touching at any time will take you back to the previous setting.Touch and/or

Select the temperature (Temp) setting in the menu then follow the screen prompts to set the hot, cold and ambient (mix
water temperatures as follows:
To dispense a measured cup of hot or cold water
Touch then touch either or for a measured cup of hot or cold water.To set the amount of water dispensed,
please see page 11 of this manual.
