!ALWAYS REMOVE THE TV AND OTHER EQUIPMENT FROM THE STAND PRIOR TO MOVING THE ASSEMBLED UNIT.
!WHEN IN USE, THIS STAND MUST BE PLACED ON A FLAT, SOLID AND LEVEL SURFACE.
!DO NOT LEAN ON THE TV WHEN IT IS ON THE TV STAND.
!DO NOT CLIMB OR STEP ON THE STAND.
!DO NOT BANG OR PLACE YOUR OWN WEIGHT ON THE DOORS.
!DO NOT PLACE TELEVISIONS ON THE STAND WHICH EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT OF 250 LBS.

NOTE: ONE PERSON CAN ASSEMBLE THIS FLAT PANEL MOUNTING SYSTEM, BUT TWO PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO
MOUNT THE FLAT PANEL TV TO THIS SYSTEM AND TO SLIDE THE FURNITURE CABINET TO DESIRED LOCATION.

A. PLACE the Right upright frame (D) on a soft surface with the bottom L shaped base of the frame facing
upward. SECURE the three cross bars (A) to the bottom, center and top of the frame using the 10mm
smaller screws (1) as shown in Fig. 1.

B. REPEAT this assembly for the Left upright frame (E) as shown in Fig. 2.

C. SCREW the four leveling feet (4) into the bottom of the Right (D) and Left (E) upright frames as shown in Fig. 3.

D. USING TWO PEOPLE, HOLD the TV up to the partially assembled Flat Panel Mounting System to approximate the height
location where you want the TV to be mounted and to determine the location of the TOP Mounting Bracket (B).
E. SECURE the TOP Mounting Bracket (B) in the desired holes using the larger 15mm screws (2) with the bracket front
facing outward in the same direction as the L-shaped base of the Right (D) and Left (E) upright frames as shown in
Fig. 4. TIGHTEN FULLY.
F. Measure the distance between the TOP and BOTTOM Mounting Bars to determine the proper location of the BOTTOM
Mounting Bracket (C).
G. SECURE the BOTTOM Mounting Bracket (C) in the proper holes using the larger 15mm screws (2) with the bracket front
facing outwardin the same direction as the L feet on the Right (D) and Left (E) upright frames as shown in Fig. 4.
TIGHTEN FULLY.

H. PLACE the Flat Panel mounting system against the REAR of the Furniture Cabinet with the L-shaped base of
the Flat Panel Mounting System frame underneath the cabinet and facing forward as shown in Fig. 5. ALIGN
the cutout slots in the frame with the threaded inserts in the rear of the Furniture Cabinet. SECURE the Flat
Panel Mounting System to the cabinet using the LONG 60mm bolts (5), or the proper ones that were included
with the FurnitureCabinet. TIGHTEN FULLY BUT DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

I. MOUNT the Flat Panel Mounting Bars (F&G) to the rear of the TV, as described below and as shown in Fig. 6,
using the screws that were included with your TV. If you do not have the TV screws, there is an assortment of
common sizes included with this Flat Panel Mounting System.
J. With the posts on the TOP Mounting Bar (F) facing away from the TV, CENTER and ALIGN the TOP Mounting
Bar [the one with the larger wider post heads] with the upper mounting holes on the rear of your TV. SECURE
the bar to the TV using a washer and the proper screws as shown in Fig. 6.
K. REPEAT this assembly for the BOTTOM mounting bar (G) [the one with the threaded posts]. TIGHTEN FULLY
BUT DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
L. If the TV back is NOT flat you may have to use a longer screw along with the spacers that are also included with
the hardware.
