
Warranty and support
Becondent warrants its products for two years after the date of
purchase. Defects due to faulty materials and workmanship will be
repaired or replaced at Becondent (including Becondent retailers
and dealers)’s expense provided that convincing proof of purchase
in the qualifying period is provided. Becondent recommends use
of genuine Becondent brush heads for optimal performance.
Use of other brush heads may damage your brush and limit your
warranty protection. Contact your local retailer and dealer or
send an Email to: info@becondent.info for warranty service.
Warranty exclusions
What is not covered under warranty:
✔ Brush heads.
✔
Damage caused by use of unauthorized replacement parts
or unauthorized brush heads.
✔
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations or
unauthorized repair.
✔
Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions,
discoloration or fading.
✔
The proof of purchase has been altered, defaced or removed.
All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and
tness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the length
of this warranty. Becondent or any of its afliated or subsidiary
companies shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequen-
tial or other damages based upon breach of warranty,breach of
contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages
include, without limitation, loss of savings or revenue, loss of prot;
loss of use; the claims of third parties including, without limitation,
dentists and dental hygienists; and cost of any substitute equipment
or services.
If the Becondent product is required to be sent back to the retailer
or dealer for repair or replacement, the following must be furnished
to have the product serviced and returned:
1. For warranty return include some form of proof-of-purchase, such
as a mechanical reproduction or carbon of a sales receipt. Make
sure the date of purchase and product model number are clearly
readable. If the originals are sent, they cannot be returned.
2. Send the entire product after contacting customer service.
3. Pack product securely to prevent damage in transit. If possible, use
the original packing material.
