Start-up Procedure
After positioning the unit, installing the
electrical, and connecting power, please use
the following procedure:
1) Remove cover to the lower electrical
explosion proof box

2) Assure the timers per the following picture

Initial Start-up to set Timers –The timers need to be set when power is first
provided to the unit. Please use the following procedure:
a) The Blower Cycle Timer (left timer) should be on “1” (5 Minutes)
b) Turn on the power to the unit
c) The Blower will cycle for 5 Minutes
d) When blower stops, set Blower Cycle Timer to “5” (30 Minutes) for
running the unit.
The timers are now set-up and ready to use!
NOTE: Anytime power is lost to the Recycler, this procedure will need to be
completed to reset the timers.
