INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI Smart Portable Air Pump.
This compact pump is designed to inflate the tires of automobiles, bicycles,
motorcycles and various sports equipment, all with easy operation. This
versatile pump can also be used as a flashlight and power bank!
To achieve the best performance, please read and follow these instructions
carefully.

WARNINGS
The product should not be operated without being actively monitored.
Do not place the product near flammable or explosive items.
Avoid storing the product in excessively humid or dusty environments. Avoid
placing the product where it might easily fall.
We do not recommend continuously using the product for more than 20
minutes without a cool down period. Extended use beyond 20 minutes may
lead to overheating, which can cause long-term damage to the product.
Please cool down the product for 15 minutes after 20 minutes of continuous
use. Extended use is not recommended!
The hose will be hot after inflation. To avoid the risk of burns, please wait
and detach it after it has cooled.
The product may produce noise around 82db (decibels); please only use it
in suitable environments.
Do not throw the product into fire, or anywhere else.
This product should only be used by adults.

INSTRUCTIONS
ELECTRICITY INPUT/ELECTRICITY OUTPUT
Use a 5V 2A charger to charge the product. (Purchase separately)
We recommend using the included Type-C cable to charge the product.
The battery level display： 100%-50%-30%
The battery symbol flashes after the device powers on. The battery symbol
will illuminate after fully charged.
If the battery runs out of power, use the cigarette lighter charging cable to
power the product. Connect one end of the cigarette lighter charging cable
to the cigarette lighter of the vehicle. Then, connect the other end of the
cable to the air pump.
POWER ON AND POWER OFF
Press the power button to turn the product on.
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the product o. The
product will auto shut o after one minute and thirty seconds of no
detected operation.

SWITCHING UNITS/MODES
Press down the settings button to switch between the four units: PSI, BAR,
KPa, kg/cm².
Press the settings button to switch between the five preset modes: Bicycle,
motorcycle, car, basketball, custom mode.
PRESET THE PRESSURE VALUE
Once the product is on, press the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to slowly adjust the
pressure value, or press and hold the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to quickly adjust the
pressure value. Once the desired air pressure value is inputted, the value will
flash three times and set.
AIR HOSE CONNECTION
STOP INFLATING
Once the preset air pressure is reached, the pump will automatically shut
o.
Press the power button to stop inflating.
START INFLATING
Press the power button to start inflating. The large digital screen will display
the pressure value in real-time. Noise is produced during inflation. Extended
use will heat up the air hose. Avoid touching the air hose and connector with
bare hands immediately after use.
Take the air hose out of the built-in groove and connect to the tire valve, then
tighten it.

LED ILLUMINATION
While the device is on, press the LED button once to turn on the illumination
function.
Press the LED button a second time to activate the strobe function.
Press the LED button a third time for the SOS emergency light function.
Press the LED button a fourth time to turn o the flashlight function.
PRESSURE MEASUREMENT
When the air hose is connected to the object to be inflated and powered on,
the screen will display its real-time pressure.
POWER BANK
The product’s USB Output Port is designed to charge electronic devices.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the product will not turn on, please check the battery level. The Lithium
battery may discharge when idle.
Ensure the connection between the air nozzle and tire stem is secure when
the inflation speed slows down.
The product may heat up after extended use as the air compressing
process generates heat.
If the product does overheat, it may turn itself o and/or fail to turn on. This
is the built-in overheating protection automatically activating. Please allow
the product to cool down before attempting to use it again.
