Interface
Interface Description
1. Phone Port Connect to telephone or alarm system.
2. Battery Interface Slide off the cover and install the battery, then close the cover.
3. LAN Port Connect to PC/laptop through Ethernet cable.
4. USB Only for firmware upgrading.
5. DC Power Connect to AC adapter.
6. SIM Slot Slide off the SIM slot cover and install the SIM, then close the cover.
7. External ANT
Interface Slide off the cover and install the external antenna.
8. Power Switch Press this button to power on or off the AN-P28.
9. WPS Button Press this button to wait for WPS connection from WPS client.
10. Reset Button Press and hold for about 3-4 seconds to restore the default settings.
11. WLAN Switch Press this button to switch on or off Wi-Fi.
Installation
1. Hardware Installation
•Installing the SIM card.
•If the signal is poor when using built-in antenna, install an externalantenna
•If required, connect telephone/alarm system to phone port through RJ11cable.
•Installing the battery.
•Connecting the AC adapter to DC powerinterface.
•Press the power switch to power on theAN-P28.
2. Setting up an Ethernet Connection
Connect your PC, laptop, or SIP server to LAN port through Ethernet cable for
wired internet access. For multiple SIP lines use a SIM with static IP address.
Note. Ensure that the network connection on your PC or laptop is configured as

3. Setting up a Wi-Fi Connection
Method 1: Setting up a Wi-Fi connection manually
Select the SSID of P28 on computer or mobile phone and click Connect. After
inputting password, the Wi-Fi can be used (default SSID and Key can be
accessed as shown below). Please access the Web GUI and select the following
1- WLAN Configure > Basic settings
2- Press Edit to see the Wi-Fi Key as shown below.
Method 2: Setting up a Wi-Fi connection through WPS
If the device supports WPS, you can set up a WPS connection as follows:
1. Ensure that Wi-Fi is switch on and WPS function isenabled.
2. Press the WPS button, and then WPS indicator will startsblinking.
3. Activate the WPS connection on the device in 30 seconds. Your device
will notify you when it is connected
Web-based Configuration
1.Accessing the Configuration Page
Make sure the connection between your device and the client is active. Launch the
Internet browser and enter http://192.168.0.1.The user name is admin and password
is admin. For logging into the WEB Configuration Page,
proposed browsers are as follows :
