Getting Started
Visit suddenlink.net/myaccount to set up
your account, manage your usernames
and set up how you would like to receive
communications. If you don’t have a
username, or can’t remember it or the
password, you can create one or
recover forgotten information at
suddenlink.com/IDhelp
With your username you can:

When you’re away from home,

remote you can:

In addition, sleek backlit keys help you navigate
in the dark and aim your remote anywhere

Another way to find what you’re
looking for is by using the on-screen
keyboard. Press on your
remote and select Search from
