1.1 Verwendungszweck / Purpose of Product
Eine Folgeplatte trennt das Medium von der Umgebung. In richtiger Kombination mit Pumpe und Deckel
kann aus jedem Gebinde Schmierstoff fördern.
A follower plate separates the medium from the environment. In correct combination with pump and cover
can supply lubricant from any container.
1.2 Funktionsweise / Operating mode
Eine Folgeplatte besteht aus einem Gummiring, einem Stützring, einem Druckteller und eventuell aus
einem Zusatzring.
Sie wird durch die Gewichtskraft der Pumpe auf den Schmierstoff gepresst. Der Druck muss genügend
gross sein damit Lufteinschlüsse verhindert werden. Mit einer Pumpe kann das Medium anschliessend
aus dem Gebinde gefördert werden.
A follower plate consists of a sealing ring, a backup ring, a pressure plate and possibly from an
supporting ring.
It is pressed onto the lubricant by the force due to gravity of the pump. The pressure must be sufficiently
big so that air inclusion is prevented. With a pump the medium can be encouraged then from the
container.

Zu den Folgenplatten Set 4327000, 4327007, 4327100, 4327200, 4327205 und 4327206 werden
mehrere Gummiringe und Abstützringe geliefert.
Je nach Gebindegrösse sind unterschiedliche Kombinationen erforderlich. Die Gummi- und Abstützring
Kombinationen können den Folgenden Montagezeichnungen entnommen werden.
Too the follower plate Set 4327000, 4327007, 4327100, 4327200,4327205 and 4327206 are delivered
several sealing rings and supporting rings.
According to container size different combinations are necessary. The sealing ring and supporting ring
combinations can be understood from the following assembly drawings.
