Connecting VEOLO to your TV set:

1. ConnecttheincludedHDMIcable,oneendtotheHDMIoutputonyourVEOLO,

andtheotherendtotheHDMIinputonyourTV.



2. ConnectthepoweradaptertotheDC5VinputjackofyourVEOLO,andtheother

endtothepowersocket.



3. PoweronyourVEOLOandshortlyyouwillseethebootsequenceonyourTV

screen.

Note:IfyouseenothingonyourTVscreen,pleasecheckifyourHDMIsourceiscorrect.

Initial Setup

1. Language setting

Selectyourdesiredmenulanguage.

2. Date and time setting

 Selecttimezone,dateandtimeformat.Thesystemdateandtimewill

automaticallybeobtainedwhenthereisanactiveinternetconnection.

3. Video

 ThissetstheTVresolution,aspectratioandscreenpositionadjustment.



4. Wireless and LAN Network

 ConnectstoyourlocalnetworkusingthewiredorwirelessLANconnection.

 Thisiswhereyouwillreceivenoticationsorupdatesfromtheappsthatyouhave

2. Date/Time:

internetconnection.



3. Un-mount:

 Thisisaquickshortcuttoun-mountyourstoragedevicesforremoval.



4. Home screen:

 Thereare5pagesavailabletoplaceyourapps,shortcutsorwidgetsinstalledin

yoursystem.

UsingtheVEOLO3-in-1remotecontrol,youcandragthescreenleft/rightbyholdingontotheSELECT

buttonandswipinginaleft/rightmotion.

Youcanalsojumptoscreensbyclickingonthebottomdots,orbypressingtheHOMEbuttontodisplayall

5screensforselection.

PressandholdtheSELECTbuttononanyemptyspotofyourhomescreenpagetoseeamenuselectionfor

placingwidgets,changingwallpaper,etc.

PressandholdanyiconsinsidetheMyAppsmenutoplacethemonanyemptyslotofthecurrenthome

screenpage,dragtheicontotheleft/rightmarginsofthepageifyouwanttoplaceitinadi󱐯erenthome

screenpage.

Whenyouplaceawidgetonyourhomescreen,youcancustomisethenumberofrowsandcolumnsthis

widgetwilltakeup,ifthedefaultvaluedoesnotdisplaythewidgetcorrectly.

PressandholdanyiconinsidetheMyAppsmenutoplaceonanyemptyslotoftheAppsdock.Iftheslotis

alreadyoccupieditwillbereplacedbythenewicon.

PressandholdanyiconsontheAppsdocktoremovethem.Pleasetakenotethatthisremovestheshortcut

andnottheappitself.

5. Apps dock:

 Youcanplaceyourfavouriteappsinthedockingbarforquickaccess.Thedefault

selection,WebBrowser,MyAppsandSettingscannotberemovedfromthisbar.
