FONCTIONNEMENT

• Stabilité de température de l’eau mitigée.

• Sécurité antibrûlure : arrêt immédiat de l’alimentation d’Eau Chaude en cas d’interruption

d’alimentation d’Eau Froide.

• Possibilité de réaliser des chocs thermique et chimique : voirparagraphe « Chocsthermique et chimique ».

CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECHNIQUES

•733015 - 733016 : 19 l./min à 1 bar, pour 2 à 7 robinets suivant débit du robinet

(NB : TEMPOMATIC, TEMPOSTOP… à 3l./min.).

•733020 - 733021 : 23 l./mn à 1 bar, pour 2 à 10 robinets suivant débit du robinet

(NB : TEMPOMATIC, TEMPOSTOP… à 3l./min.).

•Clapets antiretour et filtres incorporés.

• Stabilité de température : ± 1,5°C entre 34 et 40°C.

• Préréglé à 38°C (Pression 3 bar EC et EF).

• Plage de réglage du volant de 34 à 40°C.

•Sécurité antibrûlure active si :

- la température de l’eau mitigée n’est pas supérieure à 42°C.

- la différence de température entre EC et EM est supérieure à 15°C.

- temps de réponse ~5 sec.

INSTALLATION

• Pression recommandée : 1 à 5 bar.

• Température d’alimentation ECS : 55 - 85°C (la différence entre l'eau chaude et l'eau froide doit être

au minimum de 50°C).

• Température d’alimentation EF : 5 - 20°C.

• Equilibrer les pressions EC / EF (P<1 bar).

•Ne jamais enlever les filtres et clapets antiretour incorporés dans les arrivées d’eau.

• Raccorder les alimentations d'eau (Eau Chaude sur bague rouge g- Eau Froide sur bague bleue h).

• PREMIX Compact peut être monté dans n’importe quelle position (fig. B et C).

RAPPEL

•Nos robinetteries doivent être installées par des installateurs professionnels en respectant

les réglementations en vigueur, les prescriptions des bureaux d'études fluides et les règles de l'art.

•Respecter le diamètre des tuyauteries permet d'éviter les coups de bélier

ou pertes de pression/débit (voir le tableau de calcul du catalogue et en ligne sur www.delabie.fr).

•Protéger l’installation avec des filtres, antibéliers ou réducteurs de pression diminue lafréquence

d'entretien (pression conseillée 1 à 5 bar).

•Poser des vannes d’arrêt à proximité des robinets facilite l'intervention d'entretien.

Les canalisations, filtres, clapets antiretour, robinets d'arrêt, de puisage, cartouche et tout appareil

sanitaire doivent être vérifiés au moins une fois par an et aussi souvent que nécessaire.

ÉTALONNAGE ET BLOCAGE DE TEMPÉRATURE

• Pour étalonner la température (fig. D) :

- Retirer la pastille a.

- Dévisser lavis de blocage bà l’aide d’un tournevis cruciforme.

- Enlever en tirant à la main le croisillon c.

- Tourner lentement la tige crantée djusqu’à l’obtention de la température désirée au point de puisage.

Eviter toute perturbation du réseau pendant l’étalonnage.

• Remise en place du croisillon :

- soit en position libre (fig. F).

- soit en position bloquée (fig. G) : repositionner le croisillon cà l’envers.

Nota : Possibilité de régler la température de 30 à 60°C en retirant le croisillon puis en tournant la tige

crantée jusqu’en butée, dans un sens ou dans l’autre selon latempérature souhaitée.

CHOCS THERMIQUE ET CHIMIQUE

• PREMIX COMPACT est conçu pour supporter les chocs thermique et chimique dans le cadre

des règlementations en vigueur.

• Pour permettre un choc thermique (fig. D) :

- Enlever la pastille aà l’aide d’un tournevis plat.

- Dévisser lavis de blocage bà l’aide d’un tournevis cruciforme.

- Enlever en tirant à la main le croisillon c.

- Tourner la tige crantée dvers la gauche de 3/4 de tour.

- Couper l’eau froide.

- Après le choc thermique, ne pas oublier de revenir à la température initiale.

- Remonter le croisillon c.

MAINTENANCE

Vérifier 2 fois par an (et aussi souvent que nécessaire suivant la qualité de l’eau) l’étalonnage ainsi

que la sécurité antibrûlure.

Afin d’optimiser lafiabilité des PREMIX dans le temps, et de respecter les Arrêtés des 09/02/10

et 30/11/05, relatifs à la surveillance bactériologique de l’eau, nous vous recommandons un contrôle

aussi souvent que nécessaire, et au moins 2 fois par an des pièces suivantes :

• Clapets antiretour, filtres et cartouche interchangeable : détartrage ou remplacement des pièces

usées ou abîmées.

• Chambre de mélange : détartrage.

Si le PREMIX ne mitige pas correctement (fig. E) :

• Equilibrer les pressions. La différence de pression entre l’eau chaude et l’eau froide doit être inférieure

à 1 bar.

• Vérifier la température d’alimentation en eau chaude. Température supérieure à 55°C.

• Fermer les arrivées d’eau.

• Vérifier que les joints filtres fsont bien en place. Les remplacer si nécessaire.

• Vérifier les clapets antiretour e. Les remplacer si nécessaire.

• Déposer le mécanisme :

- Dévisser le mamelon de sortie là l’aide d’une clé plate de 33 mm.

- Retirer le ressort k.

- Retirer le guide fluide j.

- Enlever en tirant à la main l’élément thermostatique et la navette i.

• Nettoyer la navette et l’élément thermostatique i.

• Nettoyer l’intérieur du corps du mitigeur.

• Vérifier le joint torique.

• Remonter le mécanisme. Ouvrir les arrivées d’eau.

ENTRETIEN & NETTOYAGE

•Nettoyage du chrome et de l'Inox : ne jamais utiliser d'abrasifs ou tout autre produit à base

de chlore ou d'acide. Nettoyer à l'eau légèrement savonneuse avec un chiffon ou une éponge.

•Mise hors gel : purger les canalisations et actionner plusieurs fois la robinetterie pour la vider

de son contenu d'eau. En cas d’exposition prolongée au gel, nous recommandons de démonter

les mécanismes et de les stocker à l’abri.

OPERATION

• Stable mixed water temperatures.

• Anti-scalding safety: Hot Water supply shuts off if the Cold Water supply fails.

• It is possible to undertake thermal and chemical shocks: see paragraph "Thermal and Chemical Shocks".

TECHNICAL FEATURES

•733015 - 733016: 19 lpm at 1 bar, for 2 - 7 valves depending on the flow rate of the valve

(NB: TEMPOMATIC, TEMPOSTOP… at 3 lpm).

•733020 - 733021: 23 lpm at 1 bar, for 2 - 10valves depending on the flow rate ofthe valve

(NB: TEMPOMATIC, TEMPOSTOP… at 3 lpm).

•Integrated non-return valves and filters.

• Stable temperature: ± 1.5°C between 34 and 40°C.

• Pre-set at 38°C (HWand CWpressure 3 bar).

• Temperature adjustmentfrom 34 to 40°C.

•Anti-scalding safety active if:

- the mixed water temperature is lower than 42°C.

- the temperature differential between the HW and MW is greater than 15°C.

- response time ~5 sec.

INSTALLATION

• Recommended pressure: 1 - 5 bar.

• Hot Water supply temperature: 55 - 85°C (the temperature differential between the hot water

and the cold water must be at least 50°C).

• Cold Water supply temperature: 5 - 20°C.

• Balance the pressure between HW / CW (P<1 bar)

•Do not remove the filters and non-return valves incorporated in the water inlets.

• Connect the water supply using either nuts with a compacted flange or a flat faced tap connector.

Connect Hot Waterto the red ring gand Cold Water to the blue ring h.

• PREMIX Compact can be installed in any position (fig. B and C).

REMEMBER

•Our mixers must be installed by professional installers in accordance with current regulations

and recommendations in your country, and the specifications ofthe fluid engineer.

•Sizing the pipes correctly will avoid problems offlow rate, pressure loss and water hammer

(see calculation table in our brochure and online at www.delabie.com).

•Protect the installation with filters, water hammer absorbers and pressure reducers to reduce

the frequency of maintenance (recommended pressure from 1 to 5 bar maximum).

•Install stopcocks close to the mixer to facilitate maintenance.

• The pipework, filters, non-return valves, stopcocks, bib taps, cartridge and all sanitary fittings should

be checked at least once ayear, and more frequently if necessary.

COMMISSIONING & LOCKING THE TEMPERATURE

• To set the temperature (fig. D) :

- Remove the covering cap a.

- Loosen the locking screw busing a Phillips screwdriver.

- Remove the control knob c by hand.

- Slowly turn the notched spindle duntil the desired temperature is achieved at the point-of-use.

Avoid any disruptionto the system during commissioning.

• Replace the control knob:

- either in the open position (fig. F).

- or the locked position (fig. G): replace with the control knob cupside down.

NB: It is possible to adjust the temperature from 30 - 60°C by removing the control knob and turning

the notched spindle all the way in one direction or the otherto achieve the desired temperature.

THERMAL & CHEMICAL SHOCKS

• PREMIX COMPACT is designed to withstand the thermal and chemical shocks recommended

within current regulations.

• To undertake athermal shock (fig. D):

- Remove the covering cap ausing aflat-headed screwdriver.

- Loosen the locking screw busing a Phillips screwdriver.

- Remove the control knob c by hand.

- Turn the notched spindle d¾-turn to the left.

- Shut off the cold water supply.

- Once the thermal shock is complete, do not forget to re-set the temperature to the initial setting.

- Replace the control knob c.

SERVICING

Check thetemperature setting and the anti-scalding safetyat leasttwice ayear (depending on thewater quality).

To ensure continued reliability of the PREMIX, and to conform with local Anti-Legionella legislation,

we recommend checking the following at least twice ayear:

• Non-return valves, filters and replaceable cartridge: de-scale or replace worn or damaged parts.

• Mixing chamber: de-scale.

If the PREMIX is not mixing correctly (fig. E):

• Balance the pressure. The pressure differential between the hot water and the cold water must be less

than 1 bar.

• Check the hot water supply temperature. The temperature should be higher than 55°C

• Shut off the water supply.

• Check that the filters fhave been installed correctly. Replace if necessary

• Check the non-return valves e. Replace if necessary.

• The water supply must be connected using nuts with a compacted flange or a flat faced tap connector.

• To remove the mechanism:

- Unscrewthe outlet nipple lusing a 33mm spanner.

- Remove the spring k.

- Remove the water guide j.

- Remove the thermostatic element and the shuttle i by hand.

• Clean the thermostatic element and the shuttle i.

• Clean the mixer body interior.

• Check the O-ring.

• Replace the mechanism. Turn on the water supply. Always carry out a cold water failsafe check after

dismantling or carrying out maintenance.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

•Cleaning chrome: do not use abrasive, chlorine or any other acid-based cleaning products.

Clean with mild soapywater using a cloth or a sponge.

•Frost protection: drain the pipes and operate the mixer/tap several times to drain any remaining

water. In the event of prolonged exposure to frost, we recommend taking the mechanisms apart

and storing them indoors.

HINWEIS

•Einbau und Inbetriebnahme unserer Armaturen muss von geschultem Fachpersonal unter

Berücksichtigung der allgemein anerkannten Regeln derTechnik durchgeführt werden.

•Angemessene Leitungsquerschnitte verhindern Wasserschläge oder Druck- / Durchflussverluste.

•Die Absicherung der Installation mit Vorfiltern, Wasserschlag- oder Druckminderern reduziert die

Wartungshäufigkeit (empfohlener Betriebsdruck 1 bis 5 bar).

•Vorgelagerte Absperrventile erleichtern die Wartung.

• Rohrleitungen, Schutzfilter, Rückflussverhinderer, Vorabsperrungen, Auslaufventile, Kartusche

und jede sanitäre Einrichtung müssen so oft wie nötig (mindestens einmal jährlich) überprüft werden.

JUSTIERUNG UND TEMPERATURVERRIEGELUNG

• Zur Justierung (Abb. D):

- Stopfen a abnehmen.

- Schraube bmit Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher lösen.

- Bedienelement c durch Drehen abziehen.

- Spindel ddann langsam bis zum Erreichen der gewünschten Temperatur am Entnahmepunkt drehen.

Währenddessen Störungen im Leitungsnetz vermeiden.

• Bedienelement wieder aufsetzen:

- entweder in frei drehbarer Position (Abb. F).

- oder in verriegelter Position (Abb. G): Bedienelement 180° gedreht wieder aufsetzen c.

Hinweis: Temperatur-Einstellbereich von 30 bis 60° C erzielbar durch Abnehmen des Bedienelements

und anschließendem Drehen der Spindel in der jeweiligen Richtung bis zur gewünschten Temperatur, ggf.

bis zum Anschlag.

THERMISCHE UND CHEMISCHE DESINFEKTION

• Der PREMIX COMPACT ist für die Durchführung thermischer und chemischer Desinfektionen nach

den bestehenden Richtlinien geeignet.

• Zur Durchführung einer thermischen Desinfektion (Abb. D):

- Stopfen amit Hilfe eines Schlitzschraubendrehers lösen.

- Schraube bmit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher lösen.

- Bedienelement c durch Drehen per Hand abziehen.

- Spindel deine 3/4Umdrehung nach links drehen.

- Kaltwasserzufuhr absperren.

- Nach beendeter Durchführung derthermischen Desinfektion nicht vergessen,

die Ursprungstemperatur wieder einzustellen.

- Bedienelement c wieder aufsetzen.

WARTUNG

Temperatureinstellung und Verbrühungsschutz zweimal jährlich (und je nach Wasserqualität so oft wie nötig)

überprüfen.

Um die Zuverlässigkeit des PREMIX dauerhaft zu gewährleisten und dem Legionellenrisiko vorzubeugen,

empfehlenwir Ihnen, die folgenden Bauteile so oft wie nötig, mindestens jedoch zweimal jährlich zu kontrollieren:

• Rückflussverhinderer, Filter und austauschbare Kartusche: Entkalkung oderAuswechseln

der abgenutzten oder beschädigten Teile.

• Mischkammer: Entkalkung.

Der PREMIX mischt nicht korrekt (Abb. E):

• Versorgungsdruck ausgleichen. Die Druckdifferenz zwischen Warm- und Kaltwasser sollte kleiner

als 1 bar sein.

• Die an der Armatur anliegende Warmwassertemperatur überprüfen. Die Temperatur sollte mehr

als 55°C betragen.

• Wasserversorgung absperren.

• Position der Siebdichtungen füberprüfen. Gegebenenfalls ersetzen.

• Rückflussverhinderer eüberprüfen. Gegebenenfalls ersetzen.

Mechanismus ausbauen:

- Mischwasserabgang lmit Maulschlüssel 33mm lösen.

- Feder abziehen k.

- Mischkammer j abziehen.

- Thermostatelement i durch Drehen herausnehmen.

• Thermostatelement i reinigen.

• Thermostatgehäuse innen reinigen.

• ORing überprüfen.

• Mechanismus wieder zusammensetzen. Wasserzufuhr wieder öffnen.

INSTANDHALTUNG & REINIGUNG

•Reinigung der Chrom- und Edelstahlteile: niemals scheuernde, chlor- oder säurehaltige

Produkte verwenden. Mit leichter Seifenlauge und einem weichen Tuch oder Schwamm reinigen.

•Frostschutz: Rohrleitungen absperren und Armatur zur Entleerung mehrmals betätigen.

Ist der Mechanismus längerem Frost ausgesetzt, empfiehlt sich die Demontage und Einlagerung

empfindlicher Bauteile.

FUNKCJONOWANIE

• Stabilność temperatury wody zmieszanej.

• Ochrona antyoparzeniowa: natychmiastowe zamknięcie wody ciepłej w przypadku braku wody zimnej.

INSTALACJA

• Zalecane ciśnienie: 1 do 5 barów.

• Temperatura zasilania CWU: 55 - 85°C (różnica międzywodą ciepłą a zimną musi wynosić minimum 50°C).

• Temperatura zasilania WZ: 5 - 20°C.

• Wyrównać ciśnieniaWC / WZ (P<1 bar)

•Nie należy wyjmować zintegrowanych w przyłączach uszczelek i zaworów zwrotnych.

• Podłączyć zasilania wody (Woda ciepła do czerwonego pierścienia g- Woda zimna do niebieskiego

pierścienia h).

• PREMIX compact można instalować w każdej pozycji (rys. B i C).

UWAGA

•Nasza armatura musi być instalowana przez profesjonalnych instalatorów, przestrzegając

obowiązującego prawa, zapisów biur projektowych i dobrych praktyk.

•Przestrzeganie średnicy rur pozwala uniknąć uderzeń hydraulicznych lub straty ciśnienia/wielkości

wypływu (tabele z obliczeniami w katalogu i na stronie internetowej www.delabie.pl).

•Ochrona instalacji filtrami, amortyzatorami uderzeń hydraulicznych lub reduktorami ciśnienia,

zmniejsza częstotliwość konserwacji (Zalecane ciśnienie: 1 do 5 barów).

•Instalacja zaworów odcinających w pobliżu armatury ułatwia konserwację.

• Instalacja, filtry, zawory zwrotne, zawory odcinające i czerpalne, głowice oraz każde urządzenie

sanitarne muszą być sprawdzane tyle razy ile jest to konieczne, jednak nie mniej niż raz w roku.

SKALOWANIE I BLOKADA TEMPERATURY

• Skalowanie temperatury (rys. D) :

- Wyciągnąć zaślepkę a.

- Wykręcić śrubę blokującą bza pomocą płaskiego śrubokręta krzyżakowego.

- Zdjąć pokrętło pociągając za nie c.

- Powoli przekręcać trzpień d, do uzyskania odpowiedniej temperatury w punkcie czerpalnym.

Podczas skalowania unikać zakłóceń na instalacji.

• Zakładanie pokrętła:

- w pozycji wolnej (rys. F).

- lub w pozycji zablokowanej (rys. G): założyć pokrętło cna odwrót.

Uwaga: Możliwość regulacji temperatury od 30 do 60°C poprzez zdjęcie pokrętła i przekręcenie w jedną

lub drugą stronę trzpienia do napotkania oporu, w zależności od wymaganej temperatury.

DEZYNFEKCJA TERMICZNA I CHEMICZNA

• PREMIX COMPACT umożliwia przeprowadzenie dezynfekcji termicznej i chemicznej zalecanej

w ramach obowiązujących przepisów prawnych.

• Aby przeprowadzić dezynfekcję termiczną (rys. D) :

- Wyciągnąć zaślepkę aza pomocą śrubokręta.

- Wykręcić śrubę blokującą bza pomocą śrubokręta krzyżakowego.

- Zdjąć pokrętło pociągając za nie c.

- Powoli przekręcić trzpień do ¾ obrotu w lewą stronę.

- Zamknąć wodę zimną.

- Po przeprowadzonej dezynfekcji termicznej należy ponownie zeskalować temperaturę.

- Założyć pokrętło c.

KONSERWACJA

Sprawdzać 2 razy do roku (lub częściej, w zależności od jakości wody) skalowanie i blokadę antyoparzeniową.

Celem zapewnienia niezawodności działania i jego trwania w czasie oraz zapewnienia funkcji ochronnej

przed legionellą, zalecamy jak tylko jest to konieczne, a przynajmniej 2 razy do roku, kontrolę

następujących elementów:

• Zawory zwrotne, filtry i głowica termostatyczna: odkamienianie lub wymiana elementów zużytych

lub zniszczonych.

• Komora mieszania: odkamienianie.

Jeżeli PREMIX nie miesza prawidłowo (rys. E):

• Wyrównać ciśnienia. Różnica pomiędzy ciśnieniem WC i WZ musi być niższa niż 1 bar.

• Sprawdzić temperaturę zasilania wody ciepłej. Temperatura wyższa niż 55°C.

• Zamknąć zasilanie w wodę.

• Sprawdzić, czy filtry fsą na dobrym miejscu. Wymienić je jeśli jest taka konieczność.

• Sprawdzić zawory zwrotne e. Wymienić je jeśli jest taka konieczność.

• Zdemontować głowicę:

- Wykręcić złączkę wyjściową lza pomocą płaskiego klucza 33 mm.

- Wyciągnąć sprężynę k.

- Wyciągnąć prowadnicę przepływu j.

- Wyciągnąć element termostatyczny pociągając za niego ręką i.

• Przeczyścić element termostatyczny i.

• Przeczyścić wnętrze korpusu mieszacza.

• Sprawdzić uszczelkę.

• Włożyć mechanizm. Otworzyć zasilanie w wodę.

OBSŁUGA I CZYSZCZENIE

•Czyszczenie chromu i stali nierdzewnej: nie należy używać środków żrących, na bazie chloru

lub kwasu. Czyszczenie wodą z mydłem, za pomocą miękkiej szmatki lub gąbki.

•Ochrona przed mrozem: opróżnić instalację, wielokrotnie uruchomić celem ewakuacji wody.

W przypadku długotrwałego narażenia mechanizmów na mróz zalecamy ich demontaż

i przechowywanie w temperaturze pokojowej.
