Sharpshooter™ Ballcart
1. Orient Tall Frame Side (A) and Short Frame Side (B) so that the big holes are on the outside of the
assembly. See Illustration.
2. Use 1/2"Cap Screws (F) and Bolt Spacers (G) to install the three Short Horizontal Bars (E) between the
Tall Frame Side (A) and Short Frame Side (B). Hand tighten hardware. See Illustration.
3. Use 1/2"Cap Screws (F), Bolt Spacers (G) and 1/2"Hex Nuts (H) to attach Long Horizontal Bar Bracket
(C) to Short Frame Side (B). Hand tighten hardware. See Illustration.
4. Use 1/2"Cap Screws (F) to attach the Long Horizontal Bars (D) between the Tall Frame Side (A) and
Long Horizontal Bar Bracket (C). Hand tighten hardware. See Illustration.
5. Insert the Casters (J) into the bottom of Tall Frame Side (A) and Short Frame Side (B). See Illustration.
6. Place assembled ball cart on a smooth flat surface. Use 3/8"Hex Bit (I) to tighten all hardware.
Note:
Use Caution to keep the Bolt Spacers (G) on the 1/2" Cap Screws (F) during assembly
